This is one of my creations and much loved signature classes, designed to bring you a mix of strength and stability training, postural awareness and deep relaxation. It’s designed to be easily replicated at home should you wish to practice your program between classes.
Focus on stabilising all parts of the body
Postural awareness and correction
Upper and lower body weight strength training
Balance/coordination and endurance activities
Yoga-inspired stretches, concluding with a very much loved “signature” of Sarah’s relaxation and meditation guidance.
Extensive strength/stability training tips and self-management advice is offered throughout the class. You’ll leave feeling
stronger, stable and stretched, a greater awareness of self and a smile on your face after much needed meditation time.
Classes are 75 minutes.
Everything is supplied, however you may bring your own mat if you prefer.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and towel if you sweat a lot.
You may wear shoes for the standing components if you wish.
