Core Stability Programs

A 6 week program recently offered to members of my classes and the public who wish to do a comprehensive, educative “deep dive” into Core Stability including learning about some basic anatomy and physiology of the appropriate musculature, together with practical tips and tools that are useful for connecting with and understanding the role and functionality of the different abdominal layers.

Information is presented within an hour of experiential, embodied and practical Yoga and Pilates inspired core stabilising exercises, accompanied with breathing instruction, followed by half an hour of a short presentation with time for discussion on relevant weekly topics of interest, such as-

  • The role of posture, balance and coordination

  • Stability training tips

  • Diet and nutrition

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Lifestyle hacks

  • Self management tools and tricks

  • Stress busters

Level 1 “Core Essentials”, Level 2 “Integrated Core” and Level 3 “Core Plus More” will be available again in small groups.
It’s preferred you participate in a PhysioCore Class (45 minutes) before registering interest.
