So much can be resolved in the body by strengthening our core. This is an area I’ve specialised in with clients in my clinic and classes for many years. I always delight in seeing the change in people when they begin to understand this part of their body, connect with it, work with (not against it!) and deepen their awareness and respect for it.
You will feel stronger, more stable, balanced, aligned and develop an inner strength that manifests in your outer life. By deepening your understanding, you may also stop inadvertently hurting yourself when you thought you were helping!
Ideal for anyone with pain of spinal origin, rapid weight loss and resultant body pains, pre and post natal, pre and post spinal and abdominal surgery, lower limb injuries and postural concerns. Come in your lunchtime! A perfect entry level class to find out more about Sarah’s style, before progressing to a PhysioFit or Yoga For You class should you wish to expand on your baseline activity.
Classes are 45 minutes.
